A note from Ray

I still come out to every estimate myself.

I started this company in 1994 with a ladder, a borrowed truck and one customer on Del Prado Boulevard. My boys, Luis and Marco, grew up riding along on Saturdays. Now they run the crews.

We've stayed small on purpose. You'll get my cell number, the same crew from the first day to the last, and a written price that doesn't change when we find something unexpected. If there's rotten wood, we show you before we fix it.

Most of our work comes from neighbors recommending us to neighbors. We'd like to keep it that way.

What we paint

Inside, outside and everything in between.

Every estimate is free, written and itemized — with a color consultation included.

  • Exterior repaints

    Most homes $4,200 – $7,800

Pressure wash, stucco crack repair, primer where it's needed and two coats of Florida-rated elastomeric or acrylic.

  • Interior painting

    Rooms from $450

Walls, ceilings, trim and doors — furniture moved, floors covered, and the house put back the way we found it.

  • Cabinet refinishing

    Kitchens from $3,400

Kitchen and bath cabinets degreased, sanded and sprayed with a hard-wearing enamel. New-kitchen look for a fraction of the cost.

  • Lanai, pool cage & pool deck

    From $1,100

Screen enclosures, lanai ceilings and cool-deck coatings that stay comfortable barefoot in August.

  • Stucco repair & waterproofing

    Quoted on site

Cracks routed and patched, texture matched, and walls sealed before rainy season finds the gaps.

  • HOA & light commercial

    Quoted on site

Condo buildings, HOA repaints and small offices — scheduled around residents and business hours.

Before & after

Same house. Four days apart.

Chalky, sun-faded stucco on a 1980s Cape Coral home. We pressure-washed, patched the cracks, primed and finished in a Sherwin-Williams yellow the owners picked with Ray at the kitchen table.

  • Ray came out himself, walked the house with me and helped pick the colors. His sons' crew was here four days, cleaned up every afternoon, and the house looks brand new. Neighbors keep stopping to ask who did it.

  • We've used Delgado & Sons more than once. Same family, same care. They found soft wood on the fascia and fixed it before painting instead of hiding it.

  • Our kitchen cabinets look factory-new. Luis explained every step, protected everything, and finished a day early.

  • Honest estimate, no upsell. They told me my back wall didn't need a full repaint yet and just touched it up. Who does that?

  • Punctual, polite and tidy. Andre even re-hung our shutters straighter than the builder did.

Good questions

Things neighbors ask us.

Still have a question? Call (239) 555-0151 or email [email protected].

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come out, measure, look at the surfaces and leave you a written price — no charge and no pressure.

Do I need to move furniture or be home?

We'll move and cover furniture for you. You don't need to be home every day — we'll agree on access before we start.

How long does an exterior repaint take?

Most homes take three to five working days, depending on size, repairs and weather. We'll give you a start date and stick to it.

What happens if the paint peels?

We come back and fix it. Our work is covered for three years — it's in writing on every estimate.
