Plans & payment
Is there a setup fee?
No. Plans are month-to-month with no setup fee: Starter $24.99/month (1 page), Business $34.99/month (up to 3 total pages), and Pro $49.99/month (up to 5 pages). Hosting and technical upkeep are included. Plans & billing
When do I pay?
Sending your project details is free. After we review them, we email you a link to pay for your first month, and the build starts once it’s paid. Payments are handled by Stripe in the customer portal. Custom designs are quoted first, and work starts only if you accept the quote. Plans & billing
What counts as a page?
A page is a separate part of your site that visitors open on its own. Home, About, and Contact count as three pages. Sections within one page don’t count as extra pages.
What does the monthly plan include?
Your website within the plan’s page limit, two revision rounds before launch, hosting, and technical upkeep. Technical upkeep means we host your website files, keep the site’s security certificate (SSL) active, and keep the site online and working as built. Hosting & technical upkeep
How much do changes cost after launch?
Your two revision rounds before launch are included. After launch, a Quick Edit starts at $15 for one small change: your hours, a phone number, one image, a price, or a small text change. A Standard Edit starts at $35 (several text changes, multiple images, or a section update). Larger changes are $75/hour. Additional pages beyond the Pro plan’s 5 pages are $149.99 each, one-time. Is there a monthly option for changes?
Yes, and it’s optional. Website Care is $19.99/month for up to 30 minutes of content changes each month. Website Care Plus is $39.99/month for up to 60 minutes. Minutes reset monthly and don’t roll over. You don’t need Website Care to keep your site online. Details
Timing & revisions
How long until I see a first draft?
Typically 5–7 business days after your first month is paid and we’ve received the content we need from you. It can take longer while we wait on content, photos, or domain access. First draft & revisions
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds before launch, included in your plan. Changes after your site is live are priced as edits. Details
What is the 7-day satisfaction guarantee?
The 7 days start when your first completed draft is delivered. If it isn’t right, email us within those 7 days and we’ll refund your website plan payment. Domain and other third-party costs aren’t refunded. Full conditions
Your site, domain & content
What about my domain name?
If you already own one, you keep it and we connect it to your site. If you need one, contact us and we’ll walk you through the options for registering it. Domain costs are separate from the plan. Domain names
Do I need to provide photos and text?
It helps, but you don’t need everything ready. We can write text from your details and use properly licensed stock photos or photos you send. When you send content, you confirm you have the right to use it. Your content & images
Can my site take bookings or sell products?
Every site is built around your business information and a way for visitors to reach you. Online booking, online stores, and other special features aren’t part of a plan unless we quote them. Mention what you need in the project form, and we’ll tell you what’s possible and whether it costs extra before any work starts. Forms, booking & online stores
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month, and your site stays online until then. Hosting ends when the plan ends. Cancellation
Can I take my website with me if I leave?
The content you provided stays yours. If you’d like to move your website to another host or get a copy of it, contact us and we’ll walk you through the options. Website ownership & transfer
Designs
Are the design examples real businesses?
No. Every example uses a fictional business, and any names, reviews, or numbers in them are sample content.
If I share a website I like, will you copy it?
No. We create an original design based on what you like about it, using your own branding and content. We don’t copy another business’s text, images, branding, or code.
What kinds of businesses do you build for?
Many kinds: home and trade services, salons and studios, restaurants, consultants, shops, and other local businesses.
