Payment, guarantee & cancellation.

Payment & billing

• Your first month’s plan payment is due when you start, before we begin building your website.
• Your plan then renews monthly on the same date each month.
• Card payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We don’t store your card details.
• There’s no setup fee and no long-term contract.
• Paid edits and optional services are billed separately, at the prices listed on our website or quoted to you before any work starts.

Plans: Starter $24.99/month (1-page website), Business $34.99/month (up to 3 pages), Pro $49.99/month (up to 5 pages).

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & refunds

Start your website with confidence. Choose your plan and pay today so we can begin building. Once your first completed website draft is delivered, you’ll have 7 days to review it. If you’re not satisfied, let us know during that period and we’ll refund your website plan payment.

• The 7 days are calendar days. They start on the day we deliver your first completed website draft for review — not on the day you pay.
• To request a refund, email [email protected] within those 7 days. We’ll refund your website plan payment — the payment you made to start, plus any monthly renewal charged before your first draft was delivered.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as a domain registration, aren’t refunded; the domain stays yours.
• After the guarantee period, regular subscription and cancellation terms apply.
• Outside the guarantee, monthly plan payments and completed paid edits aren’t refundable. If something isn’t right, tell us — we’ll work with you to fix it.

Turnaround & revisions

• We typically deliver your first completed website draft within 5–7 business days after we receive your completed intake details. Starter sites are often sooner.
• Your 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee starts when that first draft is delivered.
• Your plan includes up to 2 revision rounds before launch.
• Timelines can run longer while we’re waiting on content, photos or domain access from you. We’ll keep you updated by email.

Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected].
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You won’t be charged again, and your site stays online until then.
• There’s no cancellation fee.

Pausing

• We don’t offer paused hosting.
• If you need a break, you can cancel and restart later. We keep your website files for 30 days after your cancellation takes effect, so restarting within that window is quick.
• After 30 days, your site may need to be rebuilt if you restart.

Your website after cancellation

• Your website goes offline at the end of your paid period.
• Your domain name, logo, photos and the text you provided stay yours. Ask and we’ll send your content back to you.
• The underlying website design system and code are licensed to you while your subscription is active and aren’t transferred when you cancel.

Domain names

• Already own a domain? You keep it, wherever it’s registered, and we connect it to your new website.
• Need a domain? We can register one in your business’s name. The yearly registration fee is billed at cost, with no markup, and the domain belongs to you.
• If you ever leave, your domain goes with you. We’ll help you point it wherever you choose.

Edits & Website Care

• Plans don’t include unlimited edits after launch.
• Quick Edit from $15 · Standard Edit from $35 · Larger changes $75/hour · New pages from $99–$149.
• Optional Website Care: $19.99/month for up to 30 minutes of content changes, or Website Care Plus: $39.99/month for up to 60 minutes. Minutes reset monthly and don’t roll over. Care isn’t required to keep your site online.

Custom design

• Custom designs aren’t included in standard plans and are quoted per project.
• Requesting a quote is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. No payment is taken until you accept a quote.
