What we collect
When you send the project form, we receive the details you enter: for example your name, email, phone number, business name and description, services, location or service area, hours, website preferences, links you share, and your plan and design choices.
This website doesn’t ask for or collect payment card details.
How your details reach us
- While you fill out the form, your answers are saved in your own browser (session storage) so you can go back and forth between steps. They stay on your device until you send the form or close the tab.
- When you press send, your answers are delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form service. FormSubmit handles the submission under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your website or quote, and handle billing for your plan.
- To contact you about your project and your account.
- Payments are handled by Stripe in the customer portal. Card details are entered with Stripe, not on this website.
- This website is hosted on Cloudflare.
- We don’t sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some records, such as billing records, where required.
