Websites by trade
Websites for auto repair shops and mobile mechanics
Drivers pick a repair shop or mobile mechanic based on trust: clear services, honest estimates, and an easy way to book. Your site should show what you fix, where you work, and how estimates are handled.
What a auto repair & mobile mechanics website needs
- Services: diagnostics, brakes, A/C, electrical, maintenance, and whether you do mobile repair
- Your FDACS motor vehicle repair registration number
- How written estimates and approvals work
- Hours, location or service area for mobile work
- A booking or quote form asking for year, make, model and the problem
Recommended designs
Design previews use fictional businesses. Your site uses your own name, photos and details.
In Florida
Florida's Motor Vehicle Repair Act requires anyone paid to repair other people's vehicles to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, including mobile repair shops. Registered shops must include their registration number in advertisements and listings, so we put it on your site. The law has a narrow exemption for an individual with no employees and no established place of business; for a mobile shop, the owner's home address counts as the place of business.
Common questions
Where does my registration number go?
We put it in the footer and on the services page so it appears wherever you advertise repair work.
Can I show prices?
Only if you want to. Many shops prefer "call for a written estimate."
