Google allows one profile per business location, so we check this before anything is paid.

A profile exists and you own it
Keep it. Do not create another. Add us as a manager from your profile settings and choose managed, or follow the free guide to tidy it up yourself.
A profile exists but you cannot access it
You can request ownership from Google. The free guide covers the steps; if you get stuck, email [email protected] and we will point you the right way before you buy anything.

- What you provide
- Your business details (exact name, address or service area, hours, phone, categories, photos), and the owner has to complete Google's verification, usually a short video of your storefront, vehicle or tools. We guide you through it.
- What happens after you pay
- Setup: we build the profile within a few business days of your details, invite you as owner and guide verification. Maintenance starts once your profile is verified.
- What is separate
- Four different jobs, priced separately: setup (building the profile, the one-time fee), verification help (guiding you through Google's check, included with setup), ongoing management (the monthly fee: AI-drafted review replies, a weekly post when there is real material to post, and keeping details current; replies wait for your approval unless you switch on automatic replies, and reviews mentioning legal threats, safety incidents or personal information always wait for you, as do major business-detail changes), and reinstatement of a suspended profile, which is manual case-by-case work, not part of the monthly fee. - Yes. Google services do not require a website plan. If you also have a website with us, both live in the same account.

Google profile questions
Do I own my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You are the primary owner. When we set it up, we invite you as the owner and stay on only as a manager. We never ask for your Google password.
What if a profile already exists for my business?
Do not create a second one. If you own it, add us as a manager. If you cannot access it, Google has a process to request ownership; the free guide walks through it.
Why do I need to verify?
Google requires the owner to verify before the profile shows fully. It usually takes several days to a few weeks and is decided by Google.
Can I cancel maintenance?
Yes. It is month to month and runs through the paid month.
Is it refundable?
The 7-day satisfaction guarantee covers the website plan payment only. Google profile setup and maintenance, SEO plans (Basic, Growth and Advanced) and all other add-on work are non-refundable.
