Landscaping Website Design in Miami, FL
Miami landscaping runs on rules: watering days by address, a fertilizer ban every rainy season, tree permits and a county permit just to dump yard waste. Customers, and especially the property managers who run most of the city's housing, want a crew that knows them. We build landscaping websites that show it, then host and maintain them.
Watering days you can put on the site
Miami-Dade's year-round rule is simple enough to publish: odd-numbered addresses may irrigate on Wednesdays and Saturdays, even-numbered addresses on Thursdays and Sundays, and only before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m., from any water source. The South Florida Water Management District's rule prohibits irrigation between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. district-wide and says a healthy lawn needs only 1 to 1.5 inches of water a week in the summer growing season. The 2026 wet season began May 15.
Unlike the Tampa Bay area, Miami-Dade isn't under a shortage order right now, so a short watering-days box on your site is useful. Keep a link to the county page beside it in case that changes.

The fertilizer ban and your certification
Miami-Dade's fertilizer ordinance prohibits nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer from May 15 through October 31 countywide, including inside the cities, bans phosphorus unless a soil test shows a deficiency, and requires training for commercial applicators. Statewide, commercial fertilizer applicators need the FDACS Limited Urban Commercial Fertilizer Applicator Certification, which requires proof of Green Industry Best Management Practices training first.
Explain the summer ban in one sentence on your services page. It tells customers why their program changes in May and why your crew is the right one to follow it.

Trees, yard waste and the permits behind them
A Miami-Dade tree removal or relocation permit is required for any tree not specifically exempt under the county environmental code. Landscapers also need a county Landscaper Permit to use neighborhood trash and recycling centers for clean yard trash or to get discounted yard-waste rates at county facilities.
If you handle tree work or large cleanups, a page that explains permits and disposal shows you won't leave a customer with a violation.

Most of your customers manage property
Miami has 489,812 residents, but only 30.8% of homes are owner-occupied. Condo associations, landlords and property managers control most of the grounds in the city, and they buy monthly maintenance across many properties. 77.2% of residents speak a language other than English at home, so a Spanish version of your key pages is worth having.
A property-manager page with what a monthly visit includes, plus a homeowner page for installs and cleanups, keeps both audiences clear. We can build both on a Business or Pro plan.
