Assisted living and personal care home websites in Georgia
The page-per-place model that brought a Florida business buyers from six states, now built city by city for Georgia owners, starting where homes are most concentrated.
How we did it
One page for every place buyers search
For All Pro Restroom Trailers, a Florida dealer, we built a national sales engine: a page for every state plus DC, and a page for each major city. Buyers started finding it on their own.
The standout: the Maryland Jockey Club found All Pro through its Maryland page and requested a formal $32,499 quote. Corporate procurement interest also came from Mallory Safety / OMNIA Partners.
Results from our All Pro Restroom Trailers project (allprorestroomtrailers.com). Inquiries are quote requests, not closed sales.
Georgia families search the same way, city by city. So we start with the metro Atlanta counties and regional cities where homes are most concentrated, and give each one its own page.
Why Georgia is different
What Georgia owners should show online
As of November 2024, Georgia had 303 licensed assisted living communities and 1,339 personal care homes. Source: Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, Personal Care Home Program report
Your license, in plain English
The Department of Community Health's Healthcare Facility Regulation Division licenses personal care homes and assisted living communities (personal care homes serving 25 or more residents with an assisted living license). Say which one you are.
Memory care certificates
Since 2021, a memory care center needs its own state certificate. If you hold one, it belongs on your site; if you don't, your site shouldn't imply one.
Medicaid waiver families
Georgia's Elderly and Disabled Waiver (CCSP and SOURCE) can pay for care services in enrolled personal care homes, while residents pay room and board. A short, accurate note answers a common question.
Families from other states
Metro Atlanta keeps drawing newcomers, and border cities like Augusta, Columbus and Valdosta hear from South Carolina, Alabama and Florida families. Your site does the explaining before anyone visits.
Georgia city pages
Website design by city, densest areas first
We prioritized counties with the most listed assisted living and personal care providers in public directories (DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Fulton, Muscogee, Richmond, Chatham and others), then added regional centers.
Atlanta: Fulton & North
DeKalb & East Metro
Gwinnett
South Metro
Coastal Georgia
West & Middle Georgia
North Georgia
The design
Built on our Assisted Living (Premium) template
Every city page links to a fictional sample home built on the Assisted Living (Premium) template (STH-ALF-031). See the original fictional sample, Willowmere Assisted Living, our assisted living website design overview, or the Florida city pages.
Owner Q&A
Questions Georgia owners ask
Why build a separate page for each Georgia city?
Families search by place, like "personal care home Marietta" or "assisted living Savannah." A page for each city you serve gives Google a clear match, the same structure that brought our All Pro client buyers from six states.
What's the difference between a personal care home and an assisted living community in Georgia?
Both are licensed by the Department of Community Health's Healthcare Facility Regulation Division. An assisted living community is a personal care home serving 25 or more residents that holds an assisted living community license. Your site should use the term that matches your license.
Do I need to mention a memory care certificate?
Since July 1, 2021, Georgia requires a separate certificate to operate a memory care center inside a personal care home or assisted living community. If you hold one, say so plainly; if you don't, we won't describe a memory care unit.
How should I explain Medicaid waiver residents?
Georgia's Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program (CCSP and SOURCE) can pay for alternative living services in an enrolled, licensed personal care home. It covers care services, not room and board. If you're enrolled, a short note invites families to ask; we never claim enrollment you don't have.
Is a listing on A Place for Mom or Caring.com enough?
Referral directories share each family with several homes. Your own website is where families learn about you directly, and it's the link Google shows on your Business Profile.
