Assisted living website design & SEO in Arizona

The page-per-place model that brought a Florida business buyers from six states, now built city by city for Arizona owners, starting where licensed assisted living homes and centers are most concentrated.

How we did it

One page for every place people search

For All Pro Restroom Trailers, a Florida dealer, we built a national sales engine: a page for every state plus DC, and a page for each major city. Buyers started finding it on their own.

289sales pages (234 city + 51 state hubs)
7buyer inquiries in 8 weeks
6states: MD, DC, AL, TX, NC, FL

The standout: the Maryland Jockey Club found All Pro through its Maryland page and requested a formal $32,499 quote. Corporate procurement interest also came from Mallory Safety / OMNIA Partners.

Results from our All Pro Restroom Trailers project (allprorestroomtrailers.com). Inquiries are quote requests, not closed sales.

Arizona families search the same way, town by town across the Valley and beyond. So we started with the cities that hold the most licensed assisted living facilities, from Phoenix and Tucson to Mesa and Scottsdale, and gave each one its own page.

Why Arizona is different

What Arizona owners should show online

ADHS's lists show 2,224 licensed assisted living facilities: 1,891 assisted living homes and 333 assisted living centers, with a combined licensed capacity of 45,872. 1,769 list directed care services, and a separate list shows 23 adult foster care homes. Home or center

Arizona law defines an assisted living home as ten or fewer residents and a center as eleven or more. Most of Arizona's licensed facilities are small homes in neighborhoods, so say clearly which kind you are.

Your level of care

Supervisory, personal and directed care are different service levels. Directed care covers residents who can't recognize danger or make basic care decisions. Your site should match the level you're licensed for.

ALTCS questions

Families often ask whether AHCCCS helps. ALTCS can cover assisted living services for eligible members, but not room and board. A short, accurate note answers it without promising anything.

Winter visitors and newcomers

Arizona keeps drawing retirees and families from other states, and many adult children search from far away. Your site does the explaining before anyone visits.

Arizona city pages

Website design by city, densest areas first

We chose cities by the number of licensed assisted living homes and centers at that city's addresses in ADHS's lists, then grouped them by region.

The design

Built on our Assisted Living (Premium) template

Every city page links to a fictional sample facility built on the Assisted Living (Premium) template (STH-ALF-031). See the original fictional sample, Willowmere Assisted Living, our assisted living website design overview, or the Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida city pages.

Owner Q&A

Questions Arizona owners ask

Why build a separate page for each Arizona city?

Families search by place, like "assisted living Surprise" or "memory care Scottsdale." A page for each city you serve gives Google a clear match, the same structure that brought our All Pro client buyers from six states.

What's the difference between an assisted living home and a center?

Under Arizona law, an assisted living home has resident rooms for ten or fewer residents, and an assisted living center serves eleven or more. ADHS licenses both. Families search "assisted living," so your site should use that term and say which one you are.

What do supervisory, personal and directed care mean?

They're the service levels in Arizona's definitions. Supervisory care is general supervision and help with self-administered medication; personal care adds help with activities of daily living; directed care serves residents who can't recognize danger, summon help or make basic care decisions. Say which level your license covers, and don't promise a level it doesn't.

How should we mention ALTCS?

AHCCCS's Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) can cover assisted living services for eligible members, but not room and board, which the resident pays. If your facility works with ALTCS, a short accurate note helps; we never claim participation you don't have.

Is a listing on a referral directory enough?

Referral directories share each family with several facilities. Your own website is where families learn about you directly, and it's the link Google shows on your Business Profile.

What does it cost?

Website plans start at $24.99 a month with no setup fee and no long-term commitment. Hosting, basic SEO and up to 10 published edits a month are included, requested right from your phone.
