Websites for cleaning businesses
Cleaning customers compare quickly. They want to know what a standard clean covers, whether you do deep cleans and move-outs, if you clean rentals between guests, and how to get a quote without a long back-and-forth.
What a cleaning website needs
- A plain list of what's included in each type of clean
- Separate sections for homes, offices, move-in/move-out and short-term rental turnovers if you offer them
- Your service area by town and neighborhood
- How quotes work: by home size, by visit, or after a walk-through
- Who comes to the home, and whether you're insured and background-checked (only if true)
Recommended designs
Design previews use fictional businesses. Your site uses your own name, photos and details.
In Florida
Cleaning doesn't need a state trade license in Florida, but you'll still need the local business tax receipt for where you're based. Seasonal homes and vacation rentals often need opening, closing and turnover cleans, which are worth listing as their own services.
Common questions
I don't have photos yet. Is that a problem?
No. We can start with properly licensed stock photos and swap in your own as you take them.
Can customers request a quote online?
Yes. Every site includes a contact form. We can add fields like home size and type of clean so you get what you need in the first message.
