Assisted living website design in Portland, OR
Portland families search by quadrant and neighborhood: a daughter in Sellwood wants the southeast, a son in St. Johns looks north of the Willamette, and families on the west side search Multnomah Village and the hills. With so many adult foster homes, people often tour three homes in one afternoon.
Our method
How we build your Portland page
All Pro Restroom Trailers got quote requests because every place a buyer searched had a page of its own. Portland has 476 open settings in the ODHS search, more than one in five of the state's total, and 393 of them are adult foster homes on ordinary residential streets.

Oregon rules, briefly
Name your ODHS license type plainly
In Oregon the license is for an adult foster home (five or fewer residents), a residential care facility or an assisted living facility (six or more, with self-contained apartments), all overseen by ODHS. Its search shows 393 adult foster homes, 28 assisted living facilities and 55 residential care facilities open under a Portland address, 476 in all, 31 with a memory care endorsement. Portland addresses fall mostly in Multnomah County, with the west side reaching into Washington County and a few blocks into Clackamas County; with hundreds of adult foster homes in the city, say which county and neighborhood you are in on the first screen.
Free or paid?
Earn visits before buying clicks
Visitors from Search and Maps keep arriving long after a page goes live; paid clicks stop the day the budget does. For Portland we build the free side first, and ads stay your call.
On the map
Putting your Portland home on Google Maps
Portland map results change by quadrant, and adult foster homes a few blocks apart share the same few ZIP codes. Pin your exact address, choose the adult foster home or assisted living category, and add photos of the rooms residents use in the rainy months, not only the garden in July.
Of 1,227 U.S. consumers, 52% began local searches on Google Search and 9% on Maps (61% combined); 71% used Search. Source: BrightLocal, Consumer Search Behavior 2026

What Portland owners ask us
We run a five-bed adult foster home. Is a website worth it?
Yes. On the map a five-bed home and a hundred-unit campus look alike until someone opens a page and sees the house, the caregivers and a normal day.
Should we say which quadrant we are in?
Yes. Portland people describe where they live by quadrant and neighborhood, and it helps a family picture the drive.
Rain is a question we get. What should we show?
Covered entries, the common room in January and how residents get out safely between storms.
Can our page say we take Medicaid?
Only if you hold an ODHS Medicaid contract. Medicaid then pays a service rate while the resident still pays the state room-and-board amount from their own income, so we describe it exactly that way.
Can we change things later?
Yes. Text or email the change and we publish it, up to 10 edits a month.
